How long does your process take, from start to finish? Our recruitment process is usually 7-14 days. However, it can sometimes be a little longer, depending on the experience level you need, our current pool of candidates and how quickly we receive important information back from your such as job descriptions, etc.
Do you provide part time VAs? Yes we do
Is there any discount for hiring multiple VAs? Hiring a virtual employee is not normally as easy as most people think. THere is a lot that should go into the process such as searching job boards and other freelancing websites, short listing applicants, interviewing, background checks, Collecting references. While we do offer a discount for our returning clients, we do not offer a discount for hiring multiple VAs
Will you help me train my VA? It depends, we can provide additional cost for training your VA depending on the needs of your company
Will you help me pay my VA? Yes, we can assist with paying your VA. All payments will go directly through us, and we will handle the transfer to your VA on your behalf. We use Wise (formerly TransferWise) for payments, ensuring secure and efficient transfers. If you're not happy with your selected VA, you can choose a new one within 10 days, and we'll provide three more candidates at no extra cost. After 10 days, you'll need to sign-up again in our service to find another VA. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
What is the 13th mnth pay in the PH? Here in the PH all employees must be paid a pro rate amount in december which is known as 13th month. A government mandated end of year bonus. As an overseas employer and due to the fact that your VA is most probably not paying taxes on their earnings from working for you, you are not required to pay it., However if you feel an employee has done well, and is seen as part of your company’s family of staff, then pay it
What about security? When you hire a Virtual Assistant (VA) from Task-Mind Virtual Assistance Services, security is a top priority.
Is it possible for my VA to work during my preferred hours/timezone? Yes
Do I need to provide health insurance? What is the average cost for this? This is an option for employers to provide. However we recommend that you discuss this with your VA preferably on the 6thg month of employment

What is your policy regarding holidays? We will follow US Holiday, if you wish to have them work on a holiday you need to pay 30% more of her base pay on that day
What happens if I don't like the final candidates that you selected for me? If for whatever reason you don't like the VA that you chose, we will select another three candidates for you to meet with so you can choose another - free of charge after 10 days of working with them. Please note that we do not offer a money-back guarantee
What is the right time to offer salary increase? It depends, 3 months, 6months or every year
